Talent Attraction & Retention Workshop with DCI

Join Big Sky Economic Development and key stakeholders from throughout Billings for a highly interactive workshop focused on talent attraction and retention within the region. Place marketing and research firm Development Counsellors International (DCI) will present the findings from a comprehensive talent research study, which draws insights from external talent in target markets and internal talent and students. DCI will then facilitate breakout exercises and group discussion with the goal to align around Billings’ assets, challenges and opportunities, as well as creative strategies to attract and retain talent within Billings.
