We are excited to announce our Workforce Summit Keynote Speaker!
ROBERT GABSA IS A WORKPLACE CONSULTANT who helps Gallup clients increase organizational performance by creating more meaningful employee and customer experiences, coaching and consulting leaders and executive teams, and modernizing workplaces through organizational brand, purpose, and culture. His passion resides in uncovering insights that lead to building top performing leaders, teams and individuals. He has a unique style that integrates high-energy, authenticity and passion that is valued by clients, partners, and colleagues.
Robert’s forte is in creating meaningful internal and external brand experiences by applying the principles of behavioral economics. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies to design integrated brand marketing strategies, building their businesses through memorable brand experiences that forge emotional connections with the people who whose lives are enhanced by their products or services.
Before joining Gallup, Robert’s consulting practice brought together subject-matter experts in brand experience research, strategy, concepts and activation. He also served in senior management roles at some of the world’s top marketing and communications agencies, developing campaigns across industries and audiences primarily in consumer-packaged goods, technology, sports and entertainment, hospitality, and healthcare.
Robert has bachelor’s degrees in marketing and finance from California State University, Long Beach and an MBA from the University of Minnesota. He has served on the board of directors of the Experiential Marketing Forum and the International Experiential Marketing Association. Robert lives with his wife and two children in Atlanta, Georgia.

Build Your Own Future Talent | Final Session 

Details: Students in CTE programs, student interns and apprentices gain invaluable training and often become productive long-term employees for the company that invests in them through these learning opportunities. It’s our job as organizations to help student see all of the opportunities in the workplace and assisting them in developing a pathway to success based on their career interest.

 Objectives:

  • Learn about work-based learning opportunities your organization can engage in to bring high school youth into your workplace all the while they receive credit for their work.
  • Discover ways to engage different age groups into your organization.
  • Explore new ways your company can get involved with work-based learning, better utilizing the power of internships, and if apprenticeship models could be of benefit to you.
