This program involves student and host employer recruitment in the early spring, interest interviews, work skills training, employer, and student matches in the late spring, conducting employer and mentor training in the early summer. Big Sky Economic Development then works with employers, mentors, and students throughout the summer to support them through their summer employment.Campus Billings This talent retention program is designed to build connections withinterns working in Yellowstone County. The goal is to bring togetherstudent interns from all industries in Yellowstone County to connectthem to each other, and to all the amazing reasons they arebetter off in Billings!
