Career background before joining the BSED team?
To be completely honest my background is as diverse as my jackets are! I am a blue collar guy that has been blessed to have the opportunity to work in a myriad of careers in the white collared world. It is just as possible to see me at the back end of a cow as it is to see me in the back row of the state legislature. I have driven spikes on the railroad as well as rolling out the positive train control system nationwide for BNSF. I have never felt like I was above any role nor am I below any role. The fact that this job can take a culmination of all of these experiences and create a perfect fit is a blessing.

I was a college yell leader

Red licorice
What was your first job?
I grew up working in the oil fields with my family but my first paying job was a greenskeeper at the local golf course at 16.
How do you prefer to start your day?
I truly enjoy getting up before the sun and watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee…or two…before I head off to work
What led you to this career field?
Serendipity!!
