BossLAB: Hospitality and Service Standards Workshop

True hospitality transcends good service. Excellent customer service  is essential for every business but it is not enough. Providing service  is the ​act of conducting tasks​. Providing hospitality is the ​art of  connecting with people​.

Customers no longer base their loyalty on price, product, or even  great service. Rather, they come back to companies that create an  exceptional experience that is unique, personal, and makes them  feel wonderful.

This workshop teaches business leaders how to create a culture of  care and hospitality, how to set expectations, and how to measure  and follow up. Learn about the 5 Essentials of Hospitality, the key  differences between service and hospitality, how to follow up with  Service Standards, and how to identify and improve the Moments  of Truth.
