BillingsWorks is a local workforce development collaboration hosted by Big Sky Economic Development and supported by members of a steering committee and over 80 public and private businesses. Workforce Development continues to be a strategic priority for Big Sky Economic Development and its many partners for our community and region.

  • SD2 Industry Days – Students tour local businesses to explore career opportunities.
  • Careers in Healthcare Student Summit – Explore clinical and administrative careers in healthcare. This interactive event helps high school students learn about the wide range of jobs in the healthcare industry and connects them with the education and training pathways to get there — to help them get started on a future in healthcare.
  • Immersion Day – A behind-the-scenes look at industries, tailored to student interests and local workforce needs.
