The Big Sky Economic Development Board of Directors is holding an electronic vote on Thursday, August 18. The meeting will include two action items and corresponding materials are attached for your reference.
Consideration will be for the following items:
1. Confirmation of Nominating Committee recommendations for EDC Board positions – Action Item: to call for a vote of the EDC Member Investors to select EDC board members.
2. Approval of 504 Loans- Action Item: consideration of four 504 loans as recommended by the EDC Loan Committee
