Similar to the federal government, the state of Montana also purchases a wide range of products and services. Getting registered as a vendor with the state of Montana is easy and free, but what happens when you learn of an opportunity you want to bid on with the state? How do you submit your bid?

– The technical aspects of submitting a bid using the eMACS system
– eMACS support specialists from the state will be going through the various steps
– Support specialists will discuss vendor profiles and the Jaggaer Network
– Q & A session Note: The support specialists will not be covering what information and documents are needed in the bid or RFP. That information is unique to each opportunity. The support specialists will be showing attendees the system and going through the process of submitting a bid through eMACS.
