Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Dickinson, North Dakota… don’t cha know.
Career background before joining the BSED team?
Prior to starting at BSED I worked as a Marketing & Systems Manager in the Gaming and Amusement Industry promoting Casinos in Eastern MT. Before that, I spent a year in Washington state doing graphic design for various businesses in the PNW. I spent my college years at Black Hills State University in Spearfish, SD where I fell in love with Graphic Design. While my friends were stressing about term papers, I got to hone in on my creative skills.
What is something most people don’t know about you?
Most people don’t know that I almost attended culinary school before I decided to move to MT.
What’s your favorite snack?
My favorite snack is chips. No sweet tooth here, salty snacks all the way!
What was your first job?
My first job was as a cashier at a grocery store in my hometown.
How do you prefer to start your day?
I start a pot of coffee and take my 95 lb. dog for a walk. Let’s be honest – he walks me.
What led you to this career field?
I consider myself lucky to have had a great professor in college to show me the path for a creative career. Finding like minded mentors along the way has enabled me to gain experience in a variety of different industries.
