What makes you proud to be in Billings? Do you have a design that you believe would make a perfect mural downtown in the cultural core of our city? The Downtown Billings Alliance (DBA) and Big Sky Economic Development Agency’s Better off in Billings initiative are seeking artist submissions for a mural to depict whatever that means to you. Keeping in mind these terms: Better Off in Billings and There’s Space for You Here.
Wall Dimensions 16 ft x 23 ft
Keep in mind the wall will be painted NOT wrapped
Artists (individual or group) are invited to submit their final graphic designs by 12:00 pm on Friday, March 29th. Please see application for submission guidelines*. The winning design will be selected by a committee deemed qualified by the DBA and BSEDA. The selected artist will be notified by Friday April 12th and will then be responsible for providing a work plan and budget by May 10 in order to paint and install the mural the weekend of June 1, 2019.
