Anne Meree Craig | The Commit Foundation

Anne Meree served as a civil servant deploying around the world in direct strategic and operational support to the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. In 2010, after having her second child, she left the government and founded Maxemi LLC, a consulting business aimed at relationship navigation, strategy development, and research. She has worked as the Chief Administrative Officer at McChrystal Group and as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Berico Technologies. Her clients included Deloitte and General Dynamics. Anne Meree feels blessed to have not just served at the tip of spear but to also have married into it. She believes it provides her a unique understanding for the work she currently does at COMMIT. Anne Meree is gifted at connecting dots in creating serendipity for our veterans and works to grow the enduring relationships necessary to enable real success. Anne Meree holds a M.A. from Middlebury College and a B.A. from Wofford College. She attended The Stanford Graduate School of Business for Executive Education and was a proud member of the inaugural class of the Stand-To Leadership Initiative at The George W. Bush Institute. Anne Meree hails from the deep south but calls Bozeman, Montana home where she and her husband are prioritizing lifestyle and raising their three awesome kids.

Greg Putnam | U.S. Navy Seal Veteran

Greg transitioned to the private sector after nine years of active duty service as a U.S. Navy SEAL. His service to our nation includes multiple military qualifications and overseas deployments. Greg is the Business Development Manager at Ascent Vision in Bozeman, a company specializing in precision technologies for the manned and unmanned aerospace industry. Greg helped to build and develop a strong customer base and had direct influence in the recent acquisition of AVT by CACI. Most recently Greg co-founded a regenerative agriculture and cattle company. This company is devoted to producing the highest quality beef, using a regenerative agriculture approach that is environmentally friendly and improves the quality of the land. Greg has been a consultant for a number of Montana specific non-profits and is a board member for a local Bozeman non-profit Warriors and Quiet Waters. Greg has experience in military and defense technologies, product development, cattle production, project management, and fundraising consulting. Greg lives in Bozeman, MT with his wife, three daughters, and Australian Shepherd.

Liza Rodewald | Instant Teams

Liza Rodewald is a 4x entrepreneur and software engineer with over 16 years of technical experience. She has built multi-million dollar enterprise software for government and healthcare industries. Her passion for entrepreneurship came from her desire to have a more flexible lifestyle and lead her to advocate and shape the future of work for companies and workers.

Liza graduated with honors with a degree in Computer Science from the University of South Alabama. She is in the top 3% of graduates from the Founder Institute, and alumni of the Blue Startups Accelerator named one of the Top 25 SheEO and a published Forbes author. She is also a member of the Young Entrepreneurs Council and serves as a mentor for female founders.

She is currently the Founder and CEO of Instant Teams, a technology platform that enables companies to create and manage remote teams powered by a unique talent funnel of military-connected professionals.

Liza currently resides in Hawaii with her husband and four children.

Ronda Wakefield | SHRM-SCP

 

Ronda Wakefield, SHRM-SCP, SPHR has two career passions – human resources and the restaurant industry.  With 18+ years experience in HR in all industries, Ronda spends the majority of her time working with organizations all across Montana and several other states as a human resources consultant and talent acquisition specialist.  Consulting gives her the opportunity to collaborate with dedicated onsite HR departments for almost any HR need, or serve as the actual HR department for smaller organizations.  As an Inclusion Captain for the SHRM Foundation, she travels all over the state of Montana assisting organizations with the development and implementation of successful Veteran’s hiring programs.  Ronda serves on the Board of Directors for the Montana State Society for Human Resource Management and is also an ESGR Volunteer for NW Montana.  When she isn’t assisting employers with HR, she can be found working in the restaurant she and her husband own or fulfilling her role as the President of the Thompson Falls Chamber of Commerce.
