Managers play a pivotal role in shaping employee development, fostering engagement, and driving business operations. In collaboration with Big Sky Economic Development’s workforce development program, BillingsWorks, the BillingsWorks Steering Committee members, and the Billings Chamber of Commerce, we proudly present the Empowering Excellence | 2024 BillingsWorks Educational Series.

Each session will take place at 8:30 am – 9:30 am at Big Sky Economic Development (201 N Broadway, Billings, MT)

Individuals can register for sessions individually for $25/person/session OR you can sign up for all 4 session for $75/person!

This 4-part series is meticulously crafted to empower new and mid-level managers in navigating the dynamic landscape of contemporary workplaces.
