Big Sky Finance will partner with the commercial lender in providing up to 50% of the total project financing utilizing the MT SSBCI 2.0 funds. Loan amounts up to $1MM. Rates on the MT SSBCI portion are fixed for the term of the loan and range from 0.50% to 3.5%. Loans to be used for business purposes including working capital, equipment, and owner-occupied real estate (preference on shorter term financing).
The process is easy. Bank underwrites and approves the request, provides this information to Big Sky Finance, and we submit the request for funds to the MT SSBCI program. Projects need to be ready to go as these funds will be disbursed quickly!
